Keto Coconut Almond Butter Smoothie
1 cup organic plain whole milk kefir
1/2 cup unsweetened organic coconut milk (canned )
1/2 avocado
2 tbsp organic almond
2 scoops collagen protein
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp turmeric, ground
pinch Himalayan sea salt
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth adding a little water if needed to adjust consistency.
