Keto Sausage Balls
1 pound hot breakfast sausage
1 cup almond flour
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 teaspoons baking powder
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and, and mix until well incorporated. I use a stand mixer with a dough hook, but you can mix by hand.
Use a tablespoon to scoop out small amounts and shape into balls roughly one inch in diameter. Evenly space on the prepared baking sheet leaving about 1/2 inch between. Should yield 24-30 sausage balls.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
